Hog Hunts and What They Include
At Downwind Guide Service we understand that not everyone is interested in shooting Deer. Hog hunting is fun and just as challenging as hogs have great hearing and smell. Hunts take place on our private low fence property 10 miles Southeast of Boswell, Oklahoma or approximately 1 mile Northwest of Kenefic, Oklahoma. Since our property is so close to the Red River and Blue River we have plenty for them to eat and our hog population is hefty.
Our hog hunts are all free range fair chase and we DO NOT guarantee harvest of an animal, however, we will do the very best we can to provide the hunter with an ample opportunity to shoot.
All hog hunts include transportation to and from stand or blind, bunk style lodging, meals and non-alcoholic beverages. All hunts hold a 2 person/2 day minimum. Hunters MUST provide their own license, safety harness, weapon, ammunition and clothing. Downwind Guide Service will provide stands or blinds, lifeline tethers for elevated stands and transportation while on the property. NOT INCLUDED: skinning, quartering, processing or taxidermy. Skinning and quartering may be available for an additional fee and recommendations are available for processing and taxidermy.
Pricing and Additional Information
Hog hunts may be Semi-guided or Fully Guided. These options can be chosen at booking and will apply to each member of your group. Services may be selected by individual.
Archery or Rifle (no night hunts): $350 per person per day: 2 person/2 day minimum. This includes unlimited hogs and varmints.
Night hunts/Thermal hunts are available upon special request. Please inquire for more details.
